We provide digital products and customized audio services, therefore all work is delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned. Refunds may be granted only in specific situations. Due to the nature of digital delivery and personalized production work, completed services are generally non-refundable. However, if a technical issue or service failure occurs on our side, we will review the case individually and provide a fair resolution.

Refund requests may be considered when:
• the client did not receive their files within the agreed timeframe;
• the delivered product is incomplete or corrupted due to technical error;
• payment was made by mistake or duplicated unintentionally (with proof);
• service could not be completed due to our inability, not the customer’s.

Refunds are not applicable when:
• the service has been completed and delivered as described;
• the client changed their mind after work began;
• dissatisfaction is based on personal taste after final delivery;
• the client did not provide necessary materials to complete the project;
• revisions were offered but declined or ignored by the customer.

To avoid confusion and ensure your satisfaction, revisions may be included depending on the service package purchased. Revisions allow adjustments such as level changes, EQ tweaks, mastering intensity, warmth, brightness, or other creative detail updates to align with your vision.

Please note:
• Digital audio services cannot be returned after delivery.
• Refund eligibility depends on the stage of progress and work already completed.
• We may request project files or proof to evaluate a claim.
• Processing time for approved refunds may take several business days.
