These terms establish the rules for ordering, delivery, usage rights, communication, and responsibilities between the client and All-M-Bit. All-M-Bit provides digital services such as mixing, mastering, vocal processing, stem editing, and beat-related production work. All results are delivered electronically, and no physical goods are shipped. After payment is confirmed, the project enters the processing queue based on workload and communicated timelines. Delivery time may vary depending on service complexity and the quality of source material provided. Faster turnaround may be available if agreed upon separately.

When placing an order, you confirm that:
• you are the owner of the audio you provide, or have full legal rights to use it;
• your uploaded files do not violate copyright, law, or third-party ownership;
• you understand that creative services require collaboration and feedback for best results;
• failure to provide project files may result in delivery delays.

All-M-Bit is not responsible for copyright issues arising from materials provided by the customer. You agree that any legal disputes regarding ownership of stems, beats, samples, vocals, or recorded content are your responsibility.

Completed projects are delivered through secure digital links or direct download formats. Revision availability may depend on the service package purchased — revisions are designed for adjustments such as loudness, tonal balance, depth, warmth, clarity, vocal level, and similar audio-refinement details. New creative direction, new vocals, new mix structures, remix-level edits, or additional stems may require a new order.

You agree that:
• digital services are non-returnable after delivery;
• dissatisfaction based on personal stylistic preference is not grounds for refund;
• revisions must be requested within a reasonable time after delivery;
• the final result depends on the source quality you provide.

Upon completion of the service, you receive a finished audio product for personal or commercial release, depending on your licensing rights. All-M-Bit retains no claim to your music, and all creative credit remains with the artist — unless collaboration terms are mutually agreed upon in advance.

We may update pricing, workflow, service availability, and policy terms when necessary. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of any updated version of this document. Communication regarding payments, status, revisions, or service details is carried out through email or the contact form on the website.
